About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Cafe Assistant to join our team at Redemption Roasters Coffee Shops. As a Barista/Cafe Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality specialty coffee drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Redemption Roasters Coffee Shops is a social enterprise that aims to reduce reoffending through coffee. We provide professional coffee industry training, both inside and outside of prison, and offer pathways to long-term employment via our coffee shops.
