About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Cafe Assistant to join our team at Redemption Roasters Coffee Shops. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to a high standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
