Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Care Assistant will include:

  1. Delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services.
  2. Assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work.
  3. Communicating effectively with residents, their families and other healthcare professionals, demonstrating empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive issues.
  4. Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services, identifying and escalating any concerns or issues in a timely manner.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records of resident care, participate in regular team meetings, and contribute to the ongoing development of our care policies and procedures.
