Personal Care Assistant Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support and Care Professional. As a Personal Care Assistant, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality support to individuals with varying needs.
About the Job

Your main responsibility will be to provide practical support, manage medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, while ensuring a tidy and safe environment.

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
  • Engage in activities like cooking, art, or listening to music, and participate in outings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience working with clients dealing with learning & physical disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health.
  • Valid DBS.
  • Good general education.
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference.
Essential Skills
  • A commitment to undertake training and development.
  • Owning transport is required due to the location of the role.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £11.44 per hour based on full-time hours.
