Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account and Data Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities, developing strategic business propositions, and advising our organization on key decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis & Business Development:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.

  2. Process Improvement:

  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
    • Communicate effectively to gain buy-in for new ideas and concepts.
  4. Goal Setting & Achievement:
    • Establish ambitious, yet achievable performance targets that align with business objectives.
    • Commit to achieving these goals and continuously strive to exceed expectations.
  5. Long-term Strategic Perspective:
    • Understand and empathize with the long-term needs of our customers.

  6. Networking & Relationship Building:
    • Participate in key industry networks to stay informed and connected.

Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial concepts, principles, and processes.
  • Expertise in Material Handling Systems and Intralogistics solutions.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to leverage connections for business advantage.
  • A commitment to setting and achieving challenging performance targets.
  • Empathy for long-term customer challenges, with the ability to craft collaborative solutions.
  • Travel to visit clients is an essential part of this role.
