Account and Data Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account and Data Executive to join our team at Deutsche Telekom AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving and developing proposals, executing account strategy, and creating account profiles.
Key Responsibilities- Account Strategy Execution
- Utilize the T-Systems Sales Process to execute account strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deals and achieve order entry targets
- Monitor account performance and KPIs - Account Profile Creation
- Define account holistic structure and analyze account business
- Describe account facts and figures, and our current position with pros and cons - Account Analysis
- Analyze budgets and contracts, and illustrate opportunities and budget coverage
- Gather current portfolio map and create power map - Strategic Planning
- Create vision and derive growth strategy, and map T-Systems services and offerings onto customer challenges
- Generate account leads and plan activities for qualification - Account Performance Review
- Conduct planned and unplanned account reviews, and discuss account performance with customers - Sales Lead Management
- Qualify sales leads and opportunities, and create sales lead and specify potential
- Assign sales leads for qualification, and close sales leads
- University level qualification or relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of ICT market trends and proven track record in ICT outsourcing sales environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to form and lead virtual teams
- Familiarity with T-Systems Sales processes and excellent English language skills
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing priorities
- Business acumen and ability to prioritize activities with minimal supervision
- Coaching and networking skills, with established network within the organization
