- Academic Background: Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject, equivalent for SEN (desirable), demonstrating your academic credentials.
- Special Education and SEN Expertise: SENCO Advanced Certificate (Desirable), Patoss AAA Course Completion (Desirable), showcasing your expertise in special education and SEN.
