Job Summary:

Fratello Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Telesales Advisor to join our team in promoting software solutions to members clubs, nightclubs, and events. As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to engage potential clients, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to promote our software solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Telesales or a related field.
  • Ability to drive and have access to a car.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive starting salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus commission.
  • Potential on-target earnings (OTE) of £30,000+.
  • Company pension scheme and additional incentives.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Monday to Thursday: 8am - 8pm, Friday: 8am - 1pm.

Location:

This role is based in our remote office, requiring access to a car due to limited public transportation options.
