Events Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Sales Executive to join our team at Searcys. As a key member of our Sales and Events Department, you will be responsible for managing and converting sales enquiries and opportunities for our venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert venue enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Generate and contribute sales to achieve venues' budget, profitability targets, and deadlines.
- Maximize all revenue opportunities for both The Royal College of Surgeons and Searcys.
- Coordinate commercial and internal events within the venue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and innovation to our clients.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Meticulous administration and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills (internally and externally).
- Proactive and excellent time management.
- English Language - fluent or bilingual proficiency.
