Hauptrichtlinien:
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den HR-Führungskräften und dem Management an Personalprojekten
  • Erledigung alltäglicher Fragen und Verwaltungsaufgaben im Personalbereich
  • Nutzung interner Dashboards zur Erstellung von Berichten
  • Planung von Initiativen zur Förderung des Wohlbefindens der Mitarbeitenden
  • Überprüfung von Unternehmensprozessen auf Einhaltung des Datenschutzes und örtlichen Arbeitsrechts
Ausbildung:
  • Erfahrung in HR, Mitarbeiterbeziehungen oder Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Fortgeschrittene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit der MS Office Suite
Beschreibung des Teams:

Das Customer Fulfillment Team ist das Herzstück von Amazons Geschäft und bildet die Grundlage für unsere Kundenbestellungen. Wir arbeiten in Fulfillment-Centern, die das dynamische Betriebsnetz bilden, und sorgen als allererste dafür, dass unsere Kunden ihre Bestellungen schnell erhalten.

Die CF-Teammitglieder sind vielfältig und unterstützen die Verwaltung eines dynamischen Bestands sowie schnelle Zustellungen rund um die Uhr.

Gehalt:

Unser gehobenes Angebot für Dich: 65.000 - 80.000 € pro Jahr, je nach Erfahrung und Leistung.
