Project Overview: Salter Grange is working with a leading Engineering Contractor to deliver a major M&E Package project in London. The project requires an experienced MEP QA Lead to ensure that the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Quality Plan that meets the Client's requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with the Quality Plan.
  • Work with the project team to identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
  • Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with the Client to agree on inspection and witness point schedules.
  • Manage the resolution of any quality-related issues that arise during the project.

Requirements:
  • Roughly 5-10 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in a construction environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
