As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, and guidelines to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services, promoting an integrated approach to patient care.
- Leading staff supervision and annual appraisals, ensuring robust clinical leadership and ongoing professional development.
- Identifying and addressing specific service, training, and personal development needs, driving excellence in patient care.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (Mental Health or General) with a postgraduate qualification to Masters level or equivalent experience. A strong background in senior management, supervisory roles, and experience working in secure and prison settings is essential. Your expertise in current issues and agendas facing prison/offender healthcare, multi-professional collaboration, and setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards of care will be invaluable in this role.
