Key responsibilities will include:

  • To lead and collaborate with the Outpatient Department teams, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • To develop and implement effective care pathways for patients, streamlining processes and improving outcomes.
  • To mentor and monitor junior staff, students, and support personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • To adhere to Professional Codes and statutory requirements, upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
  • To work collaboratively with clinicians and other stakeholders to provide seamless patient care, ensuring a smooth transition between departments.
  • To act as the unit coordinator in the absence of Senior Staff, taking responsibility for operational organization, leadership, staff management, and patient safety.
