SEN Teaching Support Professional

PK Education is working with a special school in North Bradford to find a talented Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching assistant. This is a temporary, full-time, term-time only position that requires someone experienced in supporting individuals with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the teacher as a SEN teaching assistant and ensure the needs of the students are met at all times.
- Must have experience supporting children with special educational needs from early years foundation.
- Be prepared to get involved and build trusted relationships with the students.
- Provide a nurturing approach to understand the student's abilities and frustrations to create a positive outcome in their learning.
Requirements:
- Must have minimum Level 2 teaching assistant or equivalent qualification.
- Possession of GNVQ level 2 Health and Social Care or SEND Diploma would be advantageous.
- Able to work on a flexible basis with a hands-on approach.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Working Location: North Bradford
