We are looking for a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bank Support Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to work with our service users and make a real difference in their lives.
Overview:
Cygnet Health Care has been providing specialist mental health services for over 30 years, and we are proud of our commitment to delivering high-quality care. As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the chance to work across various services in the East Midlands, including Sherwood House - Rainworth, Sherwood Lodge - Rainworth, Cygnet Hospital Sherwood - Rainworth, Storthfield House - South Normanton, Cygnet Manor - Shirebrook, Cygnet Views - Matlock, and Cygnet Lodge & Grange (ABI) - Sutton in Ashfield.
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, paid breaks, and a range of benefits, including free meals on shift, free parking, and access to our excellent apprenticeship scheme. We also offer expert supervision and support, employee referral schemes, and a pension scheme, among other perks.
Job Description:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users
- Offering guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learning about individuals' specific needs and providing help in the most appropriate way
- Assisting with medical and welfare needs
- Reporting on medical and welfare needs as required
- Safeguarding service users
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment for all
