Billing and Collections Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Collections Specialist to join our team at E-Personnel Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, managing debtors, and resolving account queries and disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management: Ensure that customers are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner, in line with contractual agreements.
  • Debt Recovery: Take ownership of key debt accounts, ensuring that monies owed are collected within agreed payment terms.
  • Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of queries.
  • Collection Calls: Conduct structured collection calls to resolve outstanding debts and update records accordingly.
