About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Analyst to join our team at Castle Trust Bank. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our data and infrastructure from cyber-attacks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize security tools, including network monitoring, email security, data loss prevention, and others.
  • Identify, quantify, and respond to identified cyber security risks across the organization.
  • Work on security projects, delivering the security strategy by developing and improving processes and procedures aligned to industry best practice.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Technology function to ensure security measures are aligned with business and strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven cyber security experience working in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Demonstrable expertise in the design, development, and continuous improvement of security solutions.
  • Previous experience working with security control frameworks (such as NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks, ISO27001, SOC2) in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in Network Security (e.g. Palo Alto, CISCO Meraki) would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Highly numerate and business value-oriented, with the skills and ability to deliver high standards in terms of attention to detail, time, and cost.
