Senior Cyber Security Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join our Information Security team at Castle Trust Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our data and infrastructure from cyber-attacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously improve security solutions in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Identify, quantify, and respond to identified cyber security risks across the organisation
- Work on Security projects, delivering the Security strategy by developing and improving processes and procedures aligned to industry best practice
- Collaborate with other members of the Technology function to ensure security measures are aligned with business and strategic objectives
Requirements
- Proven cyber security experience working in a cloud environment
- Demonstrable expertise in the design, development, and continuous improvement of security solutions
- Previous experience working with security control frameworks (such as NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks, ISO27001, SOC2) in a regulated environment
- Experience in Network Security (e.g. Palo Alto, CISCO Meraki)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Highly numerate and business value-oriented, with the skills and ability to deliver high standards in terms of attention to detail, time, and cost
