This is a varied and interesting role that will see you coordinating the development and related activities, making a positive difference every day to the lives of our residents and providing a hassle-free retirement living lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to residents
- Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
- Complete health and safety checks and organise activities and events for residents
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
