Job Summary

Reed is seeking a highly skilled Leasehold and Franchise Solicitor to join our expanding team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for handling complex legal matters related to leasehold and franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate leasehold and franchise agreements with expertise and precision.
  • Provide expert legal advice on property leaseholds, franchising, and related disputes, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored legal solutions.
  • Work closely with the team to enhance the delivery of legal services and ensure seamless case management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in leasehold and franchise law to provide the most current advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in leasehold and/or franchise law.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in a legal context.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
