We are seeking a highly skilled Leasehold and Franchise Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for handling complex leasehold and franchise matters, providing expert advice and support to our clients.

• Draft, review, and negotiate leasehold and franchise agreements.
• Provide legal advice on property leaseholds, franchising, and related disputes.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the delivery of legal services and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with changes in leasehold and franchise law to provide the most current advice to clients.

• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in leasehold and/or franchise law.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in a legal context.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
