Business Partner: Learning

The Concept Resources team is supporting a key client in their search for a Learning & Development Business Partner. This role plays a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads and key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Use surveys, interviews, and performance data to determine specific training requirements.
2. Program Design & Development:
Design and develop a wide range of L&D programs, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training.
Create engaging learning materials such as e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals to suit various learning styles.
3. Implementation & Delivery:
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
Apply different training methodologies to enhance knowledge retention and cater to diverse learning needs.
