Our Sales team is in search of an outstanding Business Development Executive to join our global network of skilled professionals. In this role, you will cultivate strategic business relationships with new clients, enhance client satisfaction, maximize revenue outcomes for SoftServe, and play a crucial role in the Business Development team while supporting our current market strategies.
YOUR ROLE
- Meeting assigned sales targets within a designated territory by promoting SoftServe's range of professional services and software development solutions.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline progress and forecasting, along with opportunity advancement.
- Identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Leading contract negotiations with clients, utilizing internal legal and business resources as necessary.
- Driving SoftServe's sales methodologies, collaborating with internal teams (Customer Success, Engagement Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Account Management) to effectively secure new client agreements.
- Conducting and participating in Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Developing a territory and account strategy for the fiscal year, leveraging existing pipeline, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives.
- Presenting SoftServe's value propositions and offerings to potential clients.
YOU BRING
- A proven track record as an individual contributor aiming to expand a territory or industry.
- A sales leader with experience in closing deals exceeding $10M.
- An expert with a relevant degree (Master's preferred).
- A strong understanding of business challenges.
- Familiarity with public cloud technologies and related platforms.
- Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, custom application development, IT consulting, eCommerce, Big Data, or digital services in new client accounts.
- Proficiency in all aspects of consultative sales and business development, including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adeptness in establishing new accounts and fostering high-quality relationships rather than adopting a transactional approach.
- Familiarity with diverse services across business development and delivery functions in a complex, matrixed professional services environment.
- Connections with senior-level executives.
