We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's Aftersales team in Slough on a Temporary/Contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a busy franchised main dealership and contribute to the success of their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Work closely with the Service Team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Manage customer expectations and communicate effectively to ensure timely and satisfactory service
- Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets
- 12 months Motor Trade Service Advisor experience
- Franchised dealer experience is desirable
- Kerridge or Pinnacle experience desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent References
