About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing our Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. This will involve making strategic decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions.

You will have the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in your local area. You will receive support from our learning and development team, a Local Property Centre, and access to the very best technology and industry-leading marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.
