A permanent, full-time opening for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with a multinational organisation based in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and the ability to produce high-quality work while meeting deadlines.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the full accounts receivable process for multiple entities.
  • Establish, communicate, and manage Key Performance Indicators and targets for all Accounts Receivable and unbilled balances.
  • Report on Accounts Receivable and unbilled balances and provide guidance to drive prompt resolution of aged Accounts Receivables and unbilled balances.
  • Drive ongoing adherence to Accounts Receivable and WIP Best Practice Guidelines processes.
  • Continuously improve the Accounts Receivable process by initiating and driving improvement projects.
  • Support the AP/AR Supervisor with any other tasks as required.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Good attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player and show initiative.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Available to commute to Aberdeen on a daily basis.

Desirable:

  • Certificate in Bookkeeping and experience of Microsoft Navigation and PSO.
  • Previous relevant work experience.
