Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the Foundation's strategic objectives
- Lead the Business Planning team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Partner with the leadership team to provide financial expertise and guidance to support decision-making
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support fundraising efforts by providing robust and costed financial data for bids and reports
- Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE or equivalent
- Significant experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis
- Proven track record in developing and implementing business plans, ideally in a nonprofit context
- Experience with grant budgeting, reporting, and compliance
- Familiarity with setting KPIs, tracking performance, and using data to inform decision-making
