Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist - Trauma and Orthopaedics

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Trauma and Orthopaedics team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with a range of injuries, including limb reconstruction surgeries, brain injuries, and spinal injuries.

About the Role
  • Provide efficient and integrated therapeutic and rehabilitative services to patients referred for therapy within the acute Trauma and Orthopaedics pathway.
  • Assess and treat patients with cognitive and physical deficits, including those with head injuries or other major trauma.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in the bank holiday rota and work shifts, including weekends.
