Nurse Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care, focusing on individualized support and personalized service.

Requirements:
- Current nursing qualifications (RGN, RMN, RNLD) and experience in a care home setting.
- Proven track record of leadership and management skills, with a focus on staff development and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including days and nights, to meet the needs of the care home and its patients.
- Salary: £23.28 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
