Talent Acquisition Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts for the Midlands and South businesses at Arriva UK Bus.
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing attraction and selection strategies to meet the business's volume hiring needs for Bus Drivers, as well as functional, engineering, and management positions.
You'll lead a team, directing and implementing attraction and selection strategies, and proactively managing performance to achieve Establishment requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a compelling Employee Value Proposition that aligns with the Arriva brand and values
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment of senior hires
- Proactively managing reporting and achievement of KPIs through the Talent Acquisition funnel
- Leading projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the team and businesses
- Actively partnering with stakeholders to develop Talent Acquisition People plans
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing recruitment teams in a volume frontline environment and experience designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing campaigns, and delivering projects across attraction, selection, and employer brand.
