Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in the Midlands and South regions. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the demands of our business
- Lead a high-performing recruitment team to deliver volume, technical, and functional hiring
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a compelling Employee Value Proposition that aligns with our brand and values
- Manage key projects across the function, including EVP, Employer Brand, and digital attraction
- Proactively manage reporting and achievement of KPIs through the Talent Acquisition funnel
- Proven track record of leading high-performing recruitment teams in a volume frontline environment
- Experience in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing campaigns, and delivering projects across attraction, selection, and employer brand
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders and drive business growth
