Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Optimization Analyst to join our team in Stirling. This role combines working from home with collaboration in the office.

Your key responsibilities will be to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, research options, and develop effective solutions to drive business efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements using tools like user stories, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices.
  • Organize workshops and interviews to gather insights and create process models to illustrate changes.
  • Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on business processes and design compliant solutions.
  • Support business acceptance testing, ensuring testing plans meet requirements and providing a central point of contact for any issues that arise.
Required Skills
  • Significant experience in the financial services sector, ideally Life & Pensions or broader Financial Services experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in data presentation techniques, and a good understanding of project methodologies.
  • A systematic approach to problem-solving and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £42,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
