Key Responsibilities- Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and suppliers
- Deal with customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Interpret customer feedback and comments to improve our services
- Liaise with customers to keep them updated on the status of their service
- Advise customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a demanding environment
- Good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components
- Ability to work with defined processes and guidelines
- Results-focused and resilient with a positive attitude
