About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Theatre Practitioner/Occupational Development Professional to join our multi-disciplinary team at St. Michael's Hospital.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care, while also participating in the development and implementation of new initiatives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain measurable patient care plans/goals in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Take charge of the clinical needs of a group of defined patients, prioritizing workload according to changing clinical need over a 24-hour period.
- Work towards regularly taking charge of the ward/department, prioritizing workload according to changing clinical need over a 24-hour period.
- Delegate tasks and activities to a range of team members in relation to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in line with Trust standards.
