Special Needs Educator

We are looking for an experienced SEN Educator to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Secondary SEN Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with pupils of all ages, including those with SEN, challenging behaviour, and varying learning abilities. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity based in Newcastle.
Key Skills:- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons to small classes with diverse SEN and challenging behaviour.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and ability to differentiate lessons to suit individual needs and learning styles.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to manage challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner.
- Experience of working with Teaching Assistants and ability to create excellent learning environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
