We are looking for a Special Educational Needs Educator to work in Tees Valley. The successful candidate will create bespoke educational programs for children with SEMH, ASD, or other learning difficulties.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • You should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • You should have experience working with children with complex needs.
  • You should be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs.
  • You should have a good understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with others.
  • You should be adaptable, patient, and empathetic when working with children who require additional support.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. We also offer ongoing professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our students.
