About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Installation Manager to join our team at Impact Nationwide Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our construction sector team, you will be responsible for managing all kitchen installation projects within the business, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all kitchen installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including site visits for pre-installation and post-installation feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate project scope and timelines.
  • Lead and motivate a team of installation professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within allocated time and budget.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in kitchen installation project management, preferably in a luxury or high-end furniture setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
