Compliance Officer

The Bosch Group is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to support the Regional Compliance Officer in managing compliance in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will ensure that the various divisions within the region are conducting business in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations.
The Compliance Officer will undertake compliance audits, dialogues, investigations, and training as directed by the Regional Compliance Officer. They will be expected to assist in the anticipation, detection, and minimization of criminal and civil liability risks for the Bosch entities operating within the region.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct periodic risk analysis and risk monitoring to identify and mitigate compliance risks, with a focus on anti-corruption and third-party relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Implement local policies, guidelines, and procedures as needed to ensure compliance.
- Provide legal and organizational advice to management and associates on compliance with relevant regulations.
- Design and conduct training measures to support compliance and organizational development.
- Conduct and manage internal investigations of compliance cases as directed by the Regional Compliance Officer.
- Monitor and test the effectiveness of the Compliance program.
- University degree or equivalent level 6 qualification.
- Knowledge of legal compliance, relevant criminal law, and compliance regulations, with work experience in compliance or a related field a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Fluent in English.
- Very good IT skills and knowledge.
