About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading global supplier of technology and services, offering end-to-end Engineering, IT, and Business Solutions.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the Regional Compliance Officer in managing compliance across various divisions within the region, ensuring full adherence to national and international laws and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to communicate and cooperate with all associates at whatever level within the organisation, and possess a university degree or equivalent level 6 qualification.
  • Fluency in English is required, and prior experience in compliance or related field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular risk analysis and implement measures to mitigate risks associated with anti-corruption, third-party relationships, and new business models.
  2. Develop local policies, guidelines, and procedures as needed to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Provide legal and organisational advice to management and associates regarding compliance matters.
  4. Design and conduct training measures to support organisational development and track their effectiveness.
  5. Lead internal investigations of compliance cases and monitor the effectiveness of the Compliance program.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent level 6 qualification.
  • Knowledge in legal compliance, relevant criminal law, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Fluent in English.
