About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our close-knit multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Oxford. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our operating theatres.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support junior members of staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Work collaboratively with leading consultants and other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients undergoing anaesthetic procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our theatre team's skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the effective management of theatre resources and equipment.
