Senior Theatre Practitioner Opportunity
Nuffield Health Oxford is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our close-knit multidisciplinary team at The Manor Hospital.
About the Role
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading and developing our theatre team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the theatre team, providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the theatre department.
- Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and maintenance of operating theatres and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including NMC and HCPC.
