About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our close-knit multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Oxford. As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support junior members of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with leading consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure the effective management of patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our theatres.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Essential

  • You will be registered with the appropriate governing body, with qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
  • You will bring previous and post-registration experience, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
