Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics Role

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics to join our team at Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert anaesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supervise and support junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and theatre efficiency
