ENI - Elizabeth Norman International is seeking a highly skilled Omnibus Director to lead our research projects and drive business growth.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to oversee the entire research process, from project design and questionnaire development to data delivery and analysis, working with diverse clients across public and private sectors. You will be responsible for managing and delivering Omnibus research projects, designing questionnaires, analyzing research outcomes, and leading client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver Omnibus research projects on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Questionnaire Design: Design and refine questionnaires to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze research outcomes, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Client Communication: Lead client communications, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a related field.
  • Research Expertise: Strong quantitative research expertise, with experience designing and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • Market Trends: Experience with online Omnibus projects and working knowledge of market trends.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Passionate about data-driven insights and storytelling.
