Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to join our team at JBS Global Resourcing. As a specialist in critical infrastructure, you will be responsible for delivering tailored technical solutions, managing customer relationships, and ensuring accurate job costing through hands-on site visits. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in supporting projects and driving new sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed site assessments to determine project requirements and provide accurate job costing.
  • Collaborate with project and engineering teams to design and propose technical solutions that meet customer specifications.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their technical and business needs are met.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts and the broader market.
  • Negotiate proposals and contracts with a focus on technical feasibility and value delivery.
  • Develop strategic plans to maximise sales opportunities, tailored to each client's technical challenges.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in technical sales or key account management, preferably in critical power or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety, resilience applications, and FM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical, engineering-minded approach.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to varied audiences.
  • Proficient in computing and technical tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UK for site visits and client meetings.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
