Job Summary:

Manage technology new product rollouts(upgrades/improvements) by coordinating with global teams. Supports planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive reporting on project statuses and roadmaps for technology and business partners and sponsors.
  • Drive multiple projects simultaneously requiring the ability to multi-task.
  • Track/monitor day-to-day project status changes and prioritization changes.
  • Install a culture of continuous process improvements by applying lessons learned from recent projects to future projects.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with significant exposure to structured project management techniques and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Expertise on Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint presentation, Confluence, JIRA.
  • Superior planning, organization, project management and analytical skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and project delivery skills.
