About the Role:

We are seeking a Premises Assistant Manager to join our team at New Appointments Group.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate daily facilities operations, ensuring effective time management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, or operational leadership roles.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Salary and Benefits:

£30,250 - £35,500 per annum, plus a competitive benefits package.
