Leader of Radiological Protection and Waste Management

Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC is seeking a Leader of Radiological Protection and Waste Management to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to take on a key role in shaping our waste management strategy and leading our team of experts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of waste management experts and radiation protection advisors.
- Develop and implement waste management strategies in line with company goals.
- Work closely with our Global Sales organisation and other departments to deliver projects across UK nuclear sites.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum.
Requirements:- Experienced leader with nuclear waste management/technical background.
- Excellent communication skills and coaching style of leadership.
- An established network of personal contacts in place with key UK nuclear clients would be beneficial.
Location: Flexible location at either Westlakes Science Park in Cumbria or Springfields site near Preston, with requirement to travel throughout the UK and some European travel.
