Highway Infrastructure Manager

As a Senior Highways Engineer, you will play a crucial part in our Highways team, working on highway and infrastructure schemes from feasibility to implementation. You will provide expertise and direction to the project team on highway design and construction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design of highways and infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with local staff, contractors, and sub-consultants to deliver projects efficiently.
- Manage design disciplines and project information, liaising with clients and their teams as needed.
- Supervise site-based projects, providing technical input into major and minor highway and infrastructure schemes.
- Execute site-based or head office functions, collecting project-specific information from clients and contractors.
- Review and approve own and other staff work, including third-party design proposals, as per the Project Quality Plan.
- Carry out other duties identified in the Project Management Plan or as required by the Project Manager.
- Assist in monitoring, planning, and forecasting the utilization of own discipline team members.
