Job DescriptionIn this role as Female Support Assistant, you will play a vital part in empowering our service users to live independently.
Main Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to individuals with deafblindness and rubella, enabling them to participate fully in daily life.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
