Job Description

In this role as Female Support Assistant, you will play a vital part in empowering our service users to live independently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with deafblindness and rubella, enabling them to participate fully in daily life.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training for all new employees.
